I think I’m a little obsessed with Flipping with Flippa, since the attraction of making money by selling sites is interesting. Of course, it’s not as easy as that and potential buyers aren’t stupid. However, I found just by having the right title can make alot of difference in terms of how much revenue can be made from the site.

Sites on Flippa are being bought and resold quickly for nearly over double the price, just by tweaking the titles only.
I’ve seen that by just including the following you can get a higher price:
- Including the PR value
- ADDING CAPITAL LETTERS
- Mentioning Clickbank
- Showcase how much money is made
- Showing Uniques
