What People are Searching - Best Blogs Asia
It’s important to keep track of what people are searching for and how to develop the site accordingly.
There is the useful Google Analytics to measure how people reached your site and what they are searching for, but I find the Wordpress Searchmeter Plugin useful and have written a brief post on what people are searching for on this site.
What people are searching for BBA
For this site, I can see exactly what users are looking for and most of the time it isn’t on topic! So what do I do? I make a post to cater for the demand or ignore what the searcher are searching for. Here are the most popular searches:
Asian Girls
I guessed this would be a popular search on the site but why? Obviously I’m getting traffic from somewhere but this is clearly an Internet site. Perhaps they are looking for Asian dating.
Dawn Yang
Dawn Yang is based in Singapore and is a competitor to Xia Xue. Both are attractive bloggers, but unfortunately I can’t access her site in China.
Dipika
I’m unsure what a Dipika means, but could be Asian particularly Indian surfers looking for an Indian actress called Dipika Parmar?
Alagoas
Ah this one is easy to solve, it’s a place in Brazil.
Carlos Arroyo
At first I thought was connected to the Philippine president, but as actually an NBA player.
Why they search for this?
Perhaps Best Blogs in Asia has turned into a place to find sexy Asian women? I think because this site has Asia based roots, that people mistake anything Asian to be on the site. I’d like to revisit this post in a couple of years time and see how it’s progressed with (hopefully) more visitors and other searches.
